REGULATIONS OF RESERVATION

TERMS OF LIVING IN APARTMENT:

The owner or his associate keeps the reservation of apartment and honors reservations which are prepaid of 40 % sum for all stay.
Beginning of day in our apartment: 4.00 p.m. End: 10.30 a.m. in the day of leaving. Keys have to be returned in security house when guests leave the apartment or to the owner or to authorized person.
By the beginning of your stay you will be asked for predetermination your time of stay by the owner of the apartment.
In case when you confirm your reservation and later you are not be able to use all your stay then you will have to pay for stay 100 % price. Payment for visit has to be settled in the first or the second day after your arrival.

When you want to leave apartment after 10.30 a.m. the last day of your stay, you have to agree it with the owner earlier. It will be possible as far as we do not have next reservation that day. It is possible with surcharge 50 % price per 1 night and move from apartment till 8 p.m.

ORDER’S RULES

Guest can not turn over the apartment to the other people during his stay and after his stay.
People who are not guests of DARIUSZ Apartment can stay in rooms between 8.00 a.m-10.00 p.m.
Our guests are asked for keeping quiet during night hours 10.00 p.m. – 7.00 a.m.
Every time when you leave a room, please check if windows and doors are closed. Please, switch out by card main switch.
Fee for missing a key 300 zł, and for missing garage gate' remote control 300 zł.
Valuable things have to be hide in a little safe. Responsibility of the owner of apartment for missed or destroyed things which belong to his quests is ruled by Civil Codex.
Visitor is financially responsible for every things of apartment’s equipment which was destroyed during his stay by himself or by his visitors.
Smoking, using heaters, and every electric mechanisms which do not belong to apartment’s equipment is not allowed in rooms in view of safety and health of our guests. This limit does not refer using shaving machine. Please do not smoke in hall an garage hall. Smoking is allowed only on balcony.
Guests and the other people who live in apartment can not disturb quiet stay another locators of building. We can refuse our service to person who brakes this rule.
Private things left by guests in an apartment can be returned via mail to guest’s advisable address. Otherwise private things will be keep through 1 month.
